Best would be the challengers withdraw their spill ambitions and the board can go on with the business. If the numbers are on the existing board's side then there is no need to continue the attempt.
For new sh like me it has been a difficult time to actually make a well based decision, have to be honest, moved several times from one side to the other. Haven't voted yet, so far no damage done from me.
