    Nice presentation, but I still can't see how these guys will build a substantial and profitable business until they figure out a way to monetise their relationship with Real Estate Agents.

    If their website is so popular and their app is so great, why won't Agents pay to have their listings on it?

    Doesn't have to be mega bucks, can actually be a nominal fee each month to start with, but start charging the agents ASAP!
