The tox studies on the PYC formulations will take us into 2017, but that should help us understand better if we can increase dosage without causing harmful side effects.
A good data pack should give us a great chance to get funding for the other studies with big pharma only paying the big bucks if all the preclinical studies are successful.
PS - I like your scepticism. Balances out my unbridled optimism.
