It confirms:
- Genentech is still talking to them. Genentech will need to replicate the FPP studies in-house with their proprietary drug cargo(es) before exercising the option.
- Animal models have been built and validated for the blood borne cancers and external validators / advisers are involved
- Pharma partners are ready to fund pre-clinicals based on the proof-of-concep data pack. Virtually no one else in the world appears to be doing the work that PYC is doing.
- PYC have a well developed, detailed plan on moving forward with commercialisation and have proven capability with regard to execution.
The new chair seems like she is prepared to be transaparent and push the commercialisation agenda forward.
Very impressed and very optimistic.
It will be good to see PYC trading in the 3-5c range following this announcement.
