Bumping this thread & the announcement attached due to the number of posts popping up elsewhere regarding how to locate individual holdings post-delisting.

For people with queries about “what has happened to my FFX shares which are no longer showing in my broker account” etc, can I suggest your first port of call be the share registry, Computershare. If you phone them armed with your HIN/personal details they will efficiently answer your specific questions and help you to locate your holdings if you still have concerns over the changes described in this FFX announcement above.

There are a number of ways to contact them including an online form, but in my experience a phone call is the easiest way to get it swiftly dealt with:

While you have them on the line you can also check that your communications preference, mailing address and bank account details are still correct.

For those needing to update only those things, follow FFX’s “easy update” recommendation and do it here online in a couple of minutes:

For those who hold via Super accounts, it might be best to first phone your Superannuation provider and ask them how it is being handled at their end.

We are all still FFX shareholders regardless of administrative changes occurring post-delisting at the broker, registry and/or Super account end.
