If the FC debt leads to a sale of BRTV assets then the new owners will own them not BIG Un shareholders.
This would include major shareholders and Richard and co. Unless of course they have a stake in whoever buys the assets.
The natural home would be for BIG Un to buy them but they may not be the highest bidder or the holders of the FC debt may want to keep the BRTV assets.
That's my take anyway.
