Incredible how RAP was sub listing price of 2c for a whilst, there was a trigger ann. from memory after it recovered to just above 2c and it didn't look back.
Think this is a little way off, but sense the word 'international' will be the trigger. Preferably the US, the UK the next best thing.
Bottom drawer atm.. 3c or 4c, it won't matter.
