GXY had a different agenda, they played the hostile takeover game and lost, simple as that. They clawed back whatever losses they could and moved on. Directors are not going to open up old wounds for for one main reason, they don't want to face the music with their own shareholders, especially that last placement of 30 odd million. Their competencies will come I to question if they go after A40 let alone court action costs which may/may not be recoverable. Hoping for the best to all.
