...if they have already passed through two of the main prospective Hydrocarbon Targets and not announced any presence of Oil/Gas to the market then you should be starting to worry... As it would likely mean there is nothing there...
Personally, I interpret it as they have not started the drill into the 3 Oil traps and the source kitchen yet... I say the source kitchen is a target as they planned to drill the well beyond the 3 Oil traps and into the kitchen (See Diagram above) ...why would they do this if it wasn't a target in its own right ?
