seems rather positive, especially with the lawyer quoted as things are progressing normally. I still dislike that we get our news from the news, but it is better than the void coming from the BoD (noting that there are things that they cannot talk about and I don't want to bag them too much as I'm not in their shoes and its easy to snipe from the sidelines), but your sharing of the articles is much appreciated. The way the article reads is that a major investment is not far away. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds when this TH finally ends.
