Is it me or does it look like the govt had their hand in this? Perhaps just opportunistic? I guess we should expect some introduction of new regulations since the recently developed lithium council or dept looking at opportunities for the locals and the countries economic benefit. You get that here with mining taxes etc. As long as they get the transfer I think it's awesome news. Ex-Minister as your legal representative is a bonus.

Orlando Alves described this project as "a lever of opportunities" for the territory, which, from the outset, "attract qualified workforce".
