Not involved with SDV, but didn't think Tartana has looked that bad in my research thus far. Mind you, probably says something there's no IPO thread on it in that sub-forum.
Are your misgivings predominantly around the SDV director/rep, or the quality of the assets? Being, they have another major project, not just the one SDV sold
