Clearly saying anything other then "envisaged" at this stage would be a mistake.
That will be a different report, that will be released this October.
I called the office last week and asked some financial questions.
Adam even said before answering " I must be very careful with what I say" .
His overall answer is the same as what the report says. But those financials have not been released yet. So the wording is such.
