• What measures are currently being implemented to ensure that the valuable silver, gold, copper and zinc assets owned by MRV remain in the hands of its shareholders? These assets have a net present value of approximately 80 million dollars and the potential to earn approximately 260 million dollars (approx 30 million per year) over the next 8 years.
• Please reassure the shareholders of MRV that you are administrators of integrity and have no plans to sell these assets at firesale prices below present market value.
• Please confirm that there are no plans to liquidate MRV and rebirth it as a phoenix company.
• By dint of hard won battles in the courts, the Queensland and Federal governments jointly owe MRV approx 17 million dollars, enough to restore the financial integrity and viability of the company.
• Are you diligently pursuing the recovery of this money?
