There is the gathering of info, documents and statements pertaining to a class action as we speak

There is a long way to play out, but mainly in the Courts as the decision of the TO panel to not act and refer the matter to other Courts, has really just pushed this to a long protracted court battle. Keeping in mind there are ATO, ASIC, ASX and potential Criminal matters that all need to be considered, but in most cases like this those who should be subject to such, generally they rely upon everyone giving up.....
