I totally agree. This thing will move fast and hard once the market sees that the management are doing a great job. How many little shares are pumped then a cap raise to pay for the management screw ups and non-management of their companies.
To be making money in this environment and especially in O&G as a junior is quite a feat. Not many can say they have done that.
