I am not a fan of convertible notes, but interest rate 10% settles one thing - that rate shows what a lending rate is in DRC could be, noting after DFS expect rate could be lower under traditional bank lending instruments. But if Tianyi the cause of delay, rate should be 0%. Not impressed to say the least as think Tianyi cause of delay through lack of documentation to FIRB, as FIRB would be tick and flick here IMO. AVZ need to get a European investor onboard to stop these games.

What do make of the 12 month ban on Yibin increasing their 12% stake to more 19.9% ? Does this mean NF has other irons in the fire ? Is he concerned about a TO ? 12 months will go in a heart beat and it doesn't stop them from accumulating up to 19% in the mean time . To me this condition means nothing expect to say he has something else in the workings and he doesn't trust Yibin/CATL /Chinese . IMO
