This announcement highlights both the growth taking place plus the one potential downside I see.

1000 ATMs by calendar year end is healthy growth. Plus set them up for at least double that by end 2012.

Capital raising ... I guess broadening shareholders and internationally is also good plus there is no doubt they need more cash for growth. However I would not be keen on anything below 4cps. Plus would like to see at least some form of offer to existing shareholders sometime.

Hopefully the market likes this too. As an side, not sure why the half yearly is not showing on HC as an announcement. Maybe their feed comes from Commsec as their watchlists don't show it too (about 8.30pm last friday).
