by my figures their is 129455571 shares in cse at the moment when kzl hand back their 22610761 shares their will be 106844810 shares left in the company , so after cse pay out the 14 cents to shareholders it will have appox 4 million in cash left and own appox 1 million dollars worth of syr shares so 5 million dividend by 107 million shares gives a value of 4.6 cents a share
