The paper letter of the Shareholder Update works as a reminder to those shareholders telling them to sell if they do not want to hold the Nasdaq-listed Biota shares.

The downward pressure on the share pric works perfectly for those covered in the free option schemes in terms of both the share price and timing of the share price movement. But it works definitely the opposite to existing shareholders.
