team has been on four investor road shows in Europe and
the USA already this year. Some of these overseas funds have
undertaken detailed due diligence on the Company and have
indicated an interest in investing, which we hope will translate to increased on-market buying of our stock."

Does that mean that these "overseas funds" did their due diligence and decided PYC wasn't worth investing in???

Management goes to 10-15 investor road shows/partnering meetings per year, and sp hasn't changed, can't raise capital, and one deal in 2 years. Maybe they are just waiting on the right timing so they can make a "splash"??
