I agree that the reference to Roche was of particular interest and points forward to a potentially exciting development. Indeed we do know that the panel of CPPs includes BEN_5000 and that data on BEN_5000 had been publicly withheld because of its scientific and medical significance.

Although there is no formal announcement the Chairman has nonetheless stated that the partnership has yielded 'successful findings'. One really can't have successful findings without meeting the milestones laid out under the terms of the partnership. Roche can still say no but its more likely - in view of the findings - to say yes to a licensing deal.
