Items 1 and 2 complete. Even though they don't need to finalise funding agreements by December they should/will provide CONFIRMATION outcomes of Monash funding for the placement monies and the longer term project financing deal.
This market is yet to wake up to this sleeping giant. The news of Ashley Moore as our new leader in my opinion is phenomenal and if any of you were at the AGM last year you'll understand his in-depth technical knowledge of the process and technology. This bloke is the right man to execute the Coldry CDP project deliverables and I believe this switch in part was a function of the ALDP guidelines in demonstrating our ability in delivering a realistic path to commercialisation of Coldry.

1. ECT will deliver RFP by 19/03/2013 - they said this in 18/02/2013 announcment- COMPLETE

2. DFT - conclude "initial estimate for CDP costing design - in line with RFP - COMPLETE

3. Finalise outcomes with Asian companies in CDP and CSP - 1st Quarter 2013. We already have K-coal in at 5% in CDP and 5% in CSP

4. Monash & ECT close out funding agreement for CDP and CSP - we have our Long-term CSI.

5. ECT confirm Monash's $6M placement between March 2013 to May 2013 and tranche timelines


Long-term:
1. RFP result in Mid june
2. Coal allocation tender process - end june (dovetail from point 1)
3. Finalise ALDP funding (Sep 2013)
4. Finalise site selection (LV) Adapt designs June 2013
5. Finalise construction agreements, siteworks - Setp/Oct 2013
6. Begin construction phase - Oct/Nov 2013
