As posted, funding agreement is not required to be tied down by December this year... thats boat pushed out stuff

However...for a Q4 commencement of construction, IMO ECT will need some cash in the bank and not just a $6m figure in order to lay down payment monies on long lead time plant componentry, in order to get components/ Modular framing etc on to the manufacturing floor; Manfactures like to have decent percentage of the material cost covered before they press the order button

ALDP isnt available to front load the project i.e ECT will require cash in bank to start up and kick off the project; ALDP funding becomes available in tranches as the project program rolls.

IMO, ECT need solid cash by July to keep Q$ construction on course.

Very happy indeed to have Ashley Moore leading the leading the squad; Mike has done a good job. I think Ashley will add the tracton needed.
