if the options aren't in the money by the agm then it will be a second strike IMO. With aldp timelines drifting a little it is a little bit of a concern, however it only takes an ann regarding monash or India for everything to be ok IMO.
Another way to look at it is if the options aren't in the money there will be less dilution..... trying to find a positive!
