Take for example the announcement around July of 2014 when they said they were close to finalising project finance to complete to plant. We not only had this one but exact copies of the same one over and over and yet that was 11 months ago. My usual interpretation of close would be you'd expect to get to deal closed out in 1 to 4 weeks at the most
