I have been concerned about this trend on several occasions with ECT - seems to be a little bit of a boys club. I sent an email to ECT on the 5/5/15, exert below.
‘Congratulations on getting the NLC heavy weights out to Australia – no mean feat at a time when Coal and power issues are daily front page news in the sub-continent.
I am concerned however with the engagement of Platinum Road to conduct a detailed Corporate Strategic review of ECT. Given that Glenn Fozard ECT Chairman is also their Chairman (Platinum Road) I fail to see how this can be considered anywhere near independent and therefore valuable to our company (ECT).
Surely this can be done in house for nil SP dilution – otherwise Glen would be literally emailing company details to himself then charging ECT for works rendered.’
Cant wait to see the strategic review !
