I am wondering what service has YES Bank provided for the recent options payments s performance bonus.
Of course YES Bank could be advisors to the ESI Board. But what service have they provided....not sure.

Certainly ESIOB conversions and escrow till Sep 2016 is a positive.
Management may have been in need of money to pay someone like Thermax or other parties.
Calleja's may have decided to fund the management.
However, while everyone in the market are to make money, it is a big options conversions especially when there is absolutely nothing materially (no produce or sales) happening I am wondering why convert now if there is no immediate or short term (6 months) benefit.
