On 27/5/2015 LWP proudly announced the "personal investment by Ron Zapletal of $200,000USD.

LWP might say he is independent, but shareholders and others might have a different view.
If the JV is going no where, what's the point of it in any case?

Just a silly thought but maybe we were just trying to send some money back to our old mate, the independent third party who has done his dough investing here. All IMO.

Always fun to look back through previous announcements:
22 Feb 2016 - "the development plan and budgets for the upgrade to the Hallmark factory have been completed."

25 Aug 2016 - "LWP in conjunction with it's partner hallmark, has taken the decision to immediately commence construction and refurbishment of Hallmark's proppant plant."

Just a typo putting in words such as "completed" and "immediate"
