and what about all the projections and statements made to s/h when LWP was asking for s/h approvals?
and what about the statements and presentations made to investors when they were asked to contribute to capital?
what did the rest of the technical report conclude?
is the project still viable at 15,000 t p/a? presume it is because they say they going to "facilitates the completion of conceptual design"? but is it still a viable project? will it cost more?
did they ever get experienced independent experts to look at project previously?

just on what basis can LWP make those statements in the DDuck post?
