It's not negative. The company did not say the MPA will not get signed only that they do have to demonstrate to the Indians that they can produce at commercial scale. When I put this to you all a couple of weeks ago I was shot down. Now the company is saying it in black and white, and you are shooting me down. Get your head out of the sand. The MPA won't happen until they can BM up and running at scale.
