Hope your right sonic, but this process is reliant on the court system as much as it is on each of the parties. Now if Luso decides to negotiate then it could be quicker, but they don't seem to have behaved rationally up until this point, so why start now ? - They could be stalling to try and get a better deal from NLI but it is pure speculation to assume this. Would like to see the stock the recover, especially as the entry price now is already below my exit, but I do not see that in the immediate future.
Like anything, there is risk. I am trying to learn from the mistakes of the past and am erring on the side of caution this time instead of optimism.
