Yes, I do expect management to outline a legal strategy when there is, in their words, a 100% binding contract. It’s hardly a sensitive issue, it’s apparently an enforceable contract, so we’re told. It should be clear cut, but, it’s not is it?
The SP ran up because the market speculated that there’d be a settlement before proceeding to court, that’s what I was speculating anyway. Hence, the decimated SP following the ruling against NLI, not that it was really a ruling against NLI, that’s just how the market perceived it IMO.
The fact that L are sticking to their guns, despite their apparent reputation and what I/we may think of them, is a major red flag. Yep, plenty going on behind closed doors but it doesn’t mean it’s going NLI’s way.
Not sure when you entered but many of us here thought this had $0.30 written all over it a long, long, long time ago.
