There is a separate case going on against Luso. During the general meeting, 2 of Luso's directors voted to dishonor the co tract with NLI. However, the other directors, which I believe was a Sinergo at that time was not allowed to cast a vote. Sinergo is now saying that without its vote, Luso could not pass such resolution as Sinergo would have voted against the resolution. Now Sinergo has launched a separate case against Luso requesting the court to annul the resolution. I guess NLI might be teaming up with Sinergo to add synergy to our case. Who knows....but multi phase sounds cool to me.
