I have to agree with @Gwenvael on this one. No question Richard has been instrumental in the progress of the business. The name change issue that was investigated and didn't eventuate to anything is always going to be viewed as a red flag for most. The AFR have written 3 articles about BIG and included that information in every one of them.

I have absolutely nothing against Richard and as I said he has done a wonderful job but I do think his position should be reviewed. A better role may be on the advisory board as a non-executive director or something similar to that.I certainly don't want him to leave the company but perhaps CEO is not an ideal position.

Do I think there will be a change of CEO? No.
Does that bother me? No.
