why not sueing Luso for compensation and (meanwhile) move on with more promising projects (higher grade, large resource), there are so many new projects in Serbia, Tansania, Zimbawe, South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Mali, WA, Argentinia, Canada ... just do some research ...
... or buy a company with good and advanced resource but running out of cash ...
one of the most important factor is TIME !! what happened in Sweden during (the cold - temperatures still below 0 degree C) winter ? any drilling, any progress ? I miss the required iron will to push projects ahead, work aggressively on milestones and project plans .... what is NLI waiting for ?? court decision ?
wake up NLI !!
