Sorry..but anyone who did a bit of due diligence would have know what they were dealing with
Nonetheless, their behaviour is despicable and this is the perfect opportunity for the ASX and ASIC to show they have some balls and make examples of these people
But, no doubt, they will twiddle their thumbs for years and give others the green light to do the same thing
Same as the Royal Commission into banks...They will puff and fume and rage at the banks....not one person will be convicted of anything and a year down the line the banks will be doing exactly what they have been doing before
This will never change until the Regulators make an example of someone...and not through a pissant fine but through a prolonged jail sentence
