Never believe they fight against each other, Liu and Wang are the team players together long ago, in many cases. Use baidu (chinese google), see lots non-CDC related people negative comments made on them.
In this ann, why do not mention L steals CDC's cow farm away (sister owning the farm?), W steals the Ipo funds ($18m in research?)? No farm, no cow, why need more directors? They direct what?
The true story is that they were looking for a delisting since the David Batten' quit, by themselves, they keep triggering troubles with ASX, but saying they were looking for a trading resumption, what a joke.
It seems ASX will evict this one soon. L and W will be very happy if they flee because of "chaos in management" not the illegal issue. Simply they took the farm, ipo funds away and keep a normal reputation, that is all they want, shareholders will be given a capital loss paper, legally.
What a lesson can be played at Hollywood.
