Yes the only way is to look forwards.

I recently started a household/family budget and included a savings plan. I found doing that process has really helped me to see a path forwards from all of this. It might take me 5-10 years but at least I have a plan and something I can work towards.

For BIG we'll know a lot more next week, if the accounts get released before the ASIC deadline and if not, any action that ASIC will then take. I'm not holding out much hope unfortunately.
