I don't think it's going to delist. But, in that case, you still hold shares and to buy or sell them you'd need to fill out the forms to get it done. Never done it myself but i still hold shares in a company (i believe) that was delisted years ago. They sent out annual reports for years after. I was overseas last year so i've sorta lost track of them.
