With a high-potential biotechnology asset opportunity currently under considerationwhich has the potential to return value for shareholders, the company is at a critical juncture and it isunfortunate that preparations for this meeting are required to take precedence.

OK , so the meeting gets done and dusted, but they have an opportunity and that's better than dead in the water...

Sure the SP has collapsed at present the company, Management and Product Pipeline plus Opportunities are not packaged in a commercial opportunity,, Management know they are under the spotlight,, if they have a " Near Market Opportunity" and can pursue a return for Shareholders down that Route and are willing to move swiftly in that direction, then FTT is Phoenixed , once the opportunity is publicised then the climb back to 1c plus begins and so on and so on..

I would be more concerned if they said nothing and were getting ready to auction off the desks and photocopier.... there is light at the end of the tunnel,,and it may not be an on coming train....

Feel for those that have lost considerable sums here,, I have elsewhere over the years , now I treat it as an acceptable part of trading,, even though you feel disappointed, especially because you were trying to better your financial position and taking a risk , giving it a Go.. 

To shave off risk, I now have a criteria for investment " Big Investment" and that's have the company commercialised a product or service prior and that the Company has revenue,, doesnt have to be large but has to have revenue....." I threw some money at FTT because if it had done what it said on the can,, you would have all been rolling neck deep in $100 bills"  research ,research, research , research ,,,Invest..
