They must be joking. After announcing only 160k in R&D rebate and then realizing they will have 2.5M they suddenly have a great project waitin to happen. They had an idea about $$$ long before that i would say. Misleading their shareholders(myself) to sell on market with the announcement of 160k in rebate, then giving to Tyler Colisson 20% of the company for 400K through the latest raise.
What a joke this management.
