It's a tough one to call I agree. Perceived risk is a key driver in this equitation. The 2.6 cents you quote is valid and could be seen as a floor on fair value (if all other assumptions stack up) however with a confirmed clear pathway going forward that should be perceived as a positive to the market and could significantly add interest to this stock. There is still plenty of money floating around fining a home in specs like ESI.Management, Marketing, Stakeholder management will remain key focus areas though....
We will see - unfortunately I have no Chrystal ball.
