Ann: Shareholder Update, page-13

Hmm, unfortunately that "update" does not fill me with confidence at all.
Apart from the issues others have posted about I find it hard to believe some of their other comments. They are trying to correct "Corrections to Factual Errors in Letter to Shareholders....." and the first one is the claim that "the Board made no mention of our seeking new opportunities for the Company until after we received the 249D notice calling for an EGM."
They then provide quotes from variance anns which include motherhood statements about future plans. While I am not suggesting they should have released further details you can hardly hang your hat on these type of statements which just roll off the tongue in this type of ann!!
Really is a devil and the deep blue sea as far as I can see, although leaping into a complete unknown is a very bad investment strategy...…………………….​
