Spot on Saxman. The more the board tries to legitimise the trial result by pointing to differences between the original studies and the recent one, the more they taint their credibility.
In my opinion, not enough diligence was undertaken beforehand, for it it was, I doubt the prior results would have been spruiked the way they were.
