Well at the time that they bought the new company with the new patents... I thought it was a dodgy deal.
It didn't make sense - why were they buying these new patents when they are saying their patents are already top of the line.

Then the lead scientist is off the board and other odd changes...
Sounds a lot like there was back room arguments and maybe a bit of deceit regarding how the tech was actually working vs what they were saying.

In Hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts and reduced my holdings then...

But overall, I think there has been a LOT that has happened internally that they have not informed us about.
