The consolidation gave a quick 90% loss so many would now have unmarketable parcels. Under the "facility" you have no brokerage but you may also receive under $.001 per share. Consolidation quickly turned my 4 million shares into an unmarketable parcel. I believed their "hype" three years ago when I bought in. Looks like the BOD will be the only ones to make anything out of this company.
