If this is the case, I think management need to run any deals on offer by shareholders. I think by doing this they will restore some trust with shareholders and will set the path to repairing both shareholder/management relations as well as the company reputation. If a big deal is achieved whereby both shareholders and management agree on what the terms are then I think this will be a big turnaround for APG.
