And, they have told the company and the market the reason. As they retold in their announcement following this ISX release. The tone of the ASX response was not particularly friendly in my opinion and as they reserve the right to suspend for whatever reason they feel appropriate and for however long they feel appropriate, I would be happier if I were an ISX holder if JK were making nice with the regulator rather than trying to embarrass them. There's not a regulator in Australia who will, after the banking royal commission, want to get caught out under-regulating again. There's no way the ASX can be bullied or embarrassed, particularly by ISX who look to have made all their performance rewards off the backs of swindled Australian investors.

No, not good that JK is trying to control the narrative like this rather than continuing to play nice. He's starting to feel the heat.
