ASX spoke to ASIC, ASIC said yes we are investigating ISX on some issues, ASX "after consulting with ASIC" decided that due to the recent volatility of the SP, current ASIC investigations on foot, numerous reports and innuendos etc, the stock needed to be suspended.
ASX operate the sharemarket, not ASIC
Why JK or holders are now questioning the suspension is insanely daft, but tells me a lot.
Your stock would be 20c with all the innuendo, chinese whispers, reports, etc etc, best to have a fair market no?
Whether ASIC was the final directive of the suspension or not (seems not) has absolutely no bearance on the ASIC investigation or ASX's own reasons for doing so.
JK's response does not help anyone, except explain more about his own headspace.
Pretty sure he said recently that he welcomes the investigation?
What, starting to get a little bit twitchy?
Maybe old mate needs to cover the recently transferred 20m Red5 shorts?
